Bow Mirrors was born when our co-founders wanted to craft the perfect arch mirror for their home. Being so happy with the outcome, they decided to share their designs with you! Bow Mirrors is an online store. If you'd like to view our products in-person ahead of purchase, please get in touch via the tab below.

Deliveries

We are unable to utilise New Zealand postal services to deliver our products. Instead we have a team of dedicated delivery specialists. If you've selected the shipping option at checkout, we will get in touch to arrange a time for delivery. We endeavour to deliver our frameless mirrors within 10 working days. For framed mirrors, please get in touch with us to confirm current lead times for delivery. Our experienced delivery team members are happy to set your mirror up on arrival. We are only able to deliver around Auckland at present. Delivery is free in Auckland's Central and Eastern suburbs. There is a $50.00 fee for deliveries outside of these areas.

Pick-up

If you have a suitable vehicle to collect your mirror, our pick-up point is located in Stonefields, Auckland. An experienced team member will be there to help you to load your mirror into your vehicle. It is important your mirror lays flat while travelling. You may also wish to bring towels or a sheet to lay your mirror on. We recommend measuring your vehicle ahead of time if you're going to collect.

Mirror Care

In our experience, a teaspoon of dish soap mixed with one to two cups of water in a spray bottle is the best solution for cleaning your mirror. Kitchen roll is our preference however microfibre cloths also get a great result.

Returns

We have a 14-day returns policy for faulty goods or a change of mind. Please note that you are responsible for all transport fees associated with change of mind returns. You are welcome to book a time to visit our pick-up point to view our products before purchase. We are unable to accept returns for damaged goods. Please read our warranty for more information.
